Dear Sir,

Many thanks for your prompt delivery of the ordered Kaku Butik. Unfortunately, when opening the cartoon, i found the jacket in a damaged condition. I am not sure whether the damage has been caused by poor handling or wrong packing.

While placing the order, I clearly mentioned that i required this jacket quickly and to be handled with care while delivery. Please take the jacket and provide replacement before June 26, 2015 to enable me to finish my works.

I am looking forward to hear you with the said replacement.
